imagining the courtyard.

i think i'm going to like this interesting layout. the building is a rectangle with an interior green space for a common area. there will be landscaping, grills, a water feature, a big screen TV, patio seating and a fire pit. i'm excited to see how it turns out. at the ribbon cutting, it looked like this:

i'm sure much progress has been made over the past week and i can't wait to see it soon. the thing i am hoping is that it will be a good place for early morning coffee and reading. also I wouldn't mind a bocce ball court. and there needs to be s'mores. lots of s'mores.
