A new exciting housing option is springing up in a neighborhood I love. It's exciting to see it rise.

This side presents to the main street. (click on the photos to enlarge) |
You can see where the shops will go in on the bottom level, followed by two levels of units above. There will be a Jeni's Splendid Ice Cream and Revelator
Coffee. Plus a pilates studio, barber shop, boutiques and more. |
Each side of the building has its own personality. This is the south side. |
I think the south side is my favorite. Love the brick. |
This is the back, facing the alley. |
This is the side presenting north, in other words it has a view of my favorite independent art house theater. |
The building is rectangular, with a secret greenspace tucked in the middle, which will feature courtyard views, a firepit with flat screen TV, outdoor grills and more. Shall i bring the bocce ball and croquet? Because i'm willing. |
This exterior looks very sleek i think. Parking is below. Interiors will feature nice urban touches, including marble counter tops, stained concrete or plank wood floors, stainless appliances and open concept living spaces. |
The fabulous Belcourt theater is so close. Plus Provence Breads, shops like Bookman, Pangaea and 1000 Faces, and much more. My church is across the street, and the bus stop is right there if i decide to ditch my car and take advantage of my employer's free ride to work option. and did i mention it's two blocks from the elementary school and one block from the park? What could be better, I ask you? |
