well, cupcake-palooza is officially over, and we're all feeling pretty pleased (and exhausted). we raised nearly $4,000 for books from birth of middle tennessee! to see all the photos, visit our facebook page.
all i can say is this would never have happened without the support of my dear friends sheryl and kelly (pictured), plus the books from birth team (including cathy, heather, beth, sarah and louise), the volunteers from hands on nashville and the volunteer leaders (like kelly r., chris f, lauren, and many more).
it was truly a team effort. nearly 3,000 cupcakes were donated, the mayor came, and the people showed up despite the rain.
i have a lot of thank you notes to write!
