i am clearly obsessed with my cupcake fundraiser. but the momentum is growing and i can hardly stand it. i can't wait to see how much money we raise for books from birth of middle tennessee.
our facebook page is gaining "likes" by the minute (have you "liked" us yet? please do!).
We're going to have about 3,000 cupcakes to sample at friday's event (4:30 at Belmont United Methodist Church in Hillsboro Village, Nashville), and the weather is going to be perfect.
i've bought all my ingredients so i can bake too. i'm making chocolate-chocolate mini's with peanut butter buttercream icing.
what's left to think about? well, "overkill" is my middle name. just ask anybody. so i can't help but get distracted and start thinking about how cute it would have been to hold a kids cupcake costume contest.
[big sigh] i know, i know, overkill. But just imagine with me if you will ...
super sweet.

perhaps next time we do this we'll add the fashion show.
i'm pretty sure it's overkill, and that, in my book, is always a good thing.
