Here's the roast I ruined over the weekend. I put it in a sack and threw it in the woods. Note to self: Don't leave a roast in a crockpot over night after it's already been cooking for 7 hours. It will dry up and burn and get nasty. Actually, from this picture it doesn't really look that gross. But it was. Trust me.
