I am pleased to say the red velvet cupcakes turned out wonderfully this weekend, if I do say so myself. Jack Henry and Hubby agreed. Our friends Beth, John and Ava liked them too.
i will definitely make them again. It was just a german chocolate cake mix with sour cream and red food coloring added. Next time I may ease back on the water, since the sour cream adds so much extra moistness to the batter. glad you liked them!
