Meet my new little friend Juan Alberto. Recently I wrote an article about Manna Project International, an organization that is making a permanent, long-term investment in Managua, Nicaragua. I signed up for a child sponsorship through Manna, and today received my letter and this photograph of Juan Alberto. He is a shy boy who will turn 2 in June. He weighs 20 pounds and is malnourished to the second degree. I can't wait to be a part of little Juan's life and see him grow up big and strong like Jack Henry.
