grilled. cheese. yum.

the boy and i were out riding bikes at the park, and what did we see but the grilled cheeserie food truck.  what a fantastic treat. but did i really want to spend the money? well, yes and no. when all is said and done, it would be $20 at least, when you count the delectable tots and mexican coca colas.

so .... we went home and i made my own version of grilled cheese with whatever was in the fridge. ciabatta bread, real melted butter and cheddar cheese, grilled to perfection. 

this photo looks kinda gnarly but they actually were quite delicious.

so hurray for us. 

don't worry grilled cheeserie, we will return one day. just not today.
