slow down, please!

the boy – overnight, it seems – is a pre-teenager.

he loves pokemon and knows all the characters' names. (pikachu is his favorite)

he is also becoming fashion conscious (he wears his favorite chamo cargo shorts every moment it's physically possible).

he's six and a half, almost seven and yet he seems years older. what happened to my little boy?!

luckily he still lets me read to him every night and expects me to hold his hand until he falls asleep.
