bits of my weekend, volume 40.

this weekend we went to the most beautiful wedding.

our friend katie (daughter of hubz' touring-mate mr. card) was the lovely bride.

and did i mention there were cupcakes?

gigi's cupcakes, to be a exact.

and they were gorgeous.

and delicious.

these table decorations were divine.

and since katie's a dancer, she had this lovely photo made and we all signed it.

the boy was a gentleman.

well. most of the time.

he very much wanted his picture taken with the bride.

the father-daughter dance was to a james taylor song.

so sweet.

the only bad part was that hubz played the music at the beginning, but the boy and i missed it because we were late getting back from the king tut exhibit at the tennessee state museum.

that's where we got this little lamb finger puppet that the boy insisted on bringing to the wedding.

the rain continues and it's cold.
