Press crescent roll dough into buttered muffin pans in a kind of bowl shape. Whip eggs. Fill crescent roll "bowls" with the whipped eggs. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. I also did some with just cheese and some with ham and cheese. Brie or Chevre would be great. Also you could mix the egg with cream so it is more like souffle. Yum! I usually roll bacon pieces, bits of scrambled egg and a 1/3 slice of cheese in a croissant roll and bake. I will try these next.
