Whip eggs. Fill crescent roll "bowls" with the whipped eggs. Sprinkle cheese and bacon bits on top. I also did some with just cheese and some with ham and cheese. Brie or Chevre would be great. Also you could mix the egg with cream so it is more like souffle.
