Green Velvet


What do you think of this "green velvet" cupcake that Sprinkles is doing for St. Patrick's day? I'm considering doing something like it for the monthly suite party I'm hosting here at work on St. Pat's. Is green yucky or great? Weigh in!

Maybe Lime green would be better Just color vanilla cake and skip the velvet (chocolate) part.
