On this rainy day, all I can think about is Rubio's and their famous baja-style fish tacos. Wait - before you turn up your nose at the idea of fish in a taco, listen to this: crispy beer-battered fish topped with a mild salsa, a tangy white sauce and crunchy shredded cabbage in a soft corn tortilla. Mmmmmmmmm. Rubio's, if you're listening, please come to Nashville. I will make it worth your while.
