This fourth of July cupcake is from the Noble Pig blog. It is a homemade cupcake that has sprinkles mixed in and is topped generously with fresh berries and, wait for it, Pop Rocks! Pow!

I am thinking about doing a cupcake party in my office where everyone brings different toppings, not knowing that we'll be decorating and eating cupcakes. Thanks for the inspiration!
