Mommy's Night Out: A medical necessity
One of the best and most important things you can do for your mommy mental health is establish a Mommy's Night Out. It works like this: Once a week you do as you will: a movie solo, dinner with friends, shopping, a pedicure, or whatever rejuvenates your soul. Your partner may balk, and you will feel guilty leaving your little bug at first. But having just one night to yourself is not too much to ask. It will make you happier, healthier and a better mommy overall.
Pictured here is Rosario's in Edgehill Village, where I had my most recent Mommy's Night Out (last night!)
My fave: the tofu burrito.
