the park near my place now has food trucks every saturday and sunday. they switch them up, but this time there was the cupcake collection's cupcake bus, which had my favorite: sweet potato with cream cheese icing!
i'd show you a picture, but i ate it before that could happen.
it's an awesome little shop that does a big business in germantown. mignon francois, along with her husband and six kids run it, and they are some wonderful folks.
