magical thinking.

i was told by numerous people that putting my cell phone in rice would bring it back from the dead.

so far no luck.

actually, i'm just going along with it to be nice.

i've gone ahead and ordered another phone just in case and it should be here in a couple of days.

and no, it's not an iphone. i can't afford one of those. it's just a plain old blackberry, which is more than enough fire power for me.

meanwhile, the tornadoes are coming. everybody stay near your safe place.
