a miracle has occurred.

i did this in yoga class last night.

it's been a long, long time since i did a backbend.

i really didn't think i could do it anymore.

but i could.

and i did.

of course, i wasn't on a beach or wearing a cute yoga outfit.

and my pose probably didn't look quite this pretty.

but i did it.

when i came down, i busted out laughing and i think my mat neighbor nells thought i was crazy.

but i don't care.

because if i can do this, i just maybe, probably can do anything.
