saturday we made our first batch of cupcakes in the new place. they were carrot-sweet-potato with some crushed pineapple thrown in for good measure with cream cheese butter cream icing. they were super moist and yummy.
i'll be whipping up some more for the books from birth of middle tennessee outreach to the homeless later this week.
can't wait!
