... because this is the best cupcake I've ever tasted.

it is a sweet potato cupcake from cupcake collection. owner francois mignon is a tremendous talent and is such a wonderful person to boot.

she will always remember your name when you walk in the door, and come out to talk with you.

she is constantly giving back to the community, whether it's donating her time to children's literacy programs or donating her cupcakes to local firefighters.

i can't get enough of her energy and passion for life and making the world a better place.

and her cupcakes? to. die. for.

absolutely the best in town. her whole family works there - including six adorable kids - and the shop is in the front of their house.

and did i mention they are only $1.50 each (half the price of the other cupcakeries in town).
