holy smokes it's happening

we got an offer on our adorable house in the woods. we counter-offered, he counter-offered and now we are poised to accept.

i just have to text my realtor and say "we accept."

this is harder than i thought!

but living in the city (though nashville is more of a smallish city) has always been a dream of mine and it's time for a change. good things are on the horizon for 2010.

i figure if this gal can move to manhattan with four kids, we can surely do this.
