chipotle ... at last!

i finally got around to checking out the new chipotle mexican place and i have to say it's pretty darn good. basically it's a build-your-own burrito (like Q-doba) and the food is very similar to Q-doba.

But there are a few differences. the meat at chipotle is farm-raised without the use of steroids or hormones, which is a good thing. i'm not sure if that's the reason why, but the flavor is terrific and it's less heavy and greasy than the Q.

Also, chipotle is smaller, so there are fewer places to sit. And the line is longer. and that line moves slower than the Q's.

other than that, i didn't see a huge difference between the two, but i would say chipotle has the edge, due to the organic, fresh-tasting chicken and the light, fluffy guacamole. just my .02.
