Doesn't this cupcake look delicious? The batter tasted like absolute heaven. The finished cupcake not so much. It tasted like ... well ... baking soda. Guess I need to be more careful on my mixing. UPDATE: the recipe called for baking POWDER, not baking SODA. Oh.
