There's just something about Texas UPDATED

I saw these two license plates on my way to taking the boy to school this morning.

To be fair, one of them is a friend of mine who also has a child at the boy's day care, so it wasn't that big of a coincidence to see her car, but still.

Oh, and last week I a saw one that said "TN Texan."

Texas people are so proud of their state.

I'm proud of my home state too, but "ILL gal" just doesn't have the same ring to it.

UPDATE: And while we're talking about Texas, less than 24 hours later, I saw this TX plate. Wonder who he's having the showdown with?
