Here's a sneak peek at the cupcakes I'm making Friday for Jack Henry's friend Winston's birthday. The party is Saturday and I'm bringing Sparkly Lemon cupcakes with lemon butter cream icing (pictured); Red Velvet with cream cheese butter cream icing; and German chocolate with coconut pecan icing. I just bought some excellent baking cups, sanding sugar and sprinkles at Sweet Wise so I'm stocked up and ready to bake.
