Tonight Jack Henry and I are going to make red velvet cupcakes for his pre-school class. They'll look something like this. OK, not really. This image is from the Curious Gourmet and Cupcake Cafe in Franklin, Tenn. I'm sure ours will be much less elaborate looking but hopefully tasty just the same.
