Trophy Cupcakes

The owner of Trophy Cupcakes in Seattle was featured on Martha Stewart today. She showed how to make a s'mores cupcake, complete with a graham cracker crust and a toasted marshmallow icing. She made the cake from scratch, but I don't think it would hurt to use a chocolate cake mix to save time. The graham cracker crust is surprisingly simple. The icing might be a little tougher. Oh, and I'll have to get one of those torch thingys.
