Oh how I love the Cake Mix Doctor. The concept of the book (and accompanying blog) is to start with a cake mix and then jazz it up so that you make something decadent and fabulous. That's right up my alley, not being the most accomplished baker (yet). I want to try this recipe for Lemon Lovers White Chocolate Cake this weekend. Jack Henry wants Red Velvet cupcakes, so we'll see who wins.
