That's Jack Henry's new saying. Especially when I'm baking cupcakes. This weekend I made my tried-and-true lemon cupcakes with the usual lemon buttercream icing and sanding sugar in pastel pink and yellow. Just one twist: I made little fondant flowers to go on top. I used silver pearls and candy sprinkles for the centers. These are going to be for Jack Henry's daycare class. I think his teachers really, really like me. As long as I keep bringing cupcakes.
