These chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter buttercream icing turned out divine. I don't mean to brag, but it's the first weekend in a while that I haven't tossed dozens of cupcakes into the trash due to various malfunctions and miscalculations. I put these tasty gems in the breakroom for my co-workers, so we shall see how long it takes for them to disappear. Now, we wait.
