Jack Henry and I made pink lemonade cupcakes this weekend. After much trial and error (and some tips from super-baker Shara Lunn), I think I finally achieved a decent buttercream icing. The sprinkles and edible glitter (and the cute baking cups) came from Sweet Wise baking supply store near Opry Mills. Fabulous!
