You had to know we were going to have a cupcake party at some point. We made two kinds - chocolate with peanut butter buttercream icing; and lemon with pink buttercream icing.The kids had a blast decorating with various toppings, from sprinkles to neon gummy worms to peanut butter cups. The chocolate cupcakes with peanut butter frosting and reeses pb cups on top were insanely good. I have never eaten so many cupcakes consecutively in my life. Maybe you should start a company called "Joanie Craig" where you encourage people to eat cupcakes all day long!
