The good, the bad and the toddler

Ok, Jack Henry wasn't THIS bad. But let's just say our trip to Memphis for my niece's graduation was not the Hallmark moment we thought it would be. There were tantrums, meltdowns, shouting and hitting, not to mention two new Gymboree outfits soaked in pee. But all in all, we actually had a good time. The graduate was radiant, the food exquisite and the weather perfect. I even got to sneak away for a little shopping while the monster napped. True, we may be banned from all domestic locations of Courtyard Marriott for life. But when you have a toddler, that kinda goes with the territory.
